- Individuals whose application for asylum was rejected or withdrawn;
- Stranded migrants;
- Victims of trafficking, and;
- Other vulnerable groups, including unaccompanied migrant children, or those with health-related needs.
- Conducts outreach and information dissemination to migrant communities; including referral systems through governmental and non-governmental channels;
- Gathers information on countries of origin (CoO0 of the beneficiaries and offer individualized counselling upon return and reintegration assistance;
- Develops post-arrival reintegration plan and skills training when/if need be;
- Offers specialized assistance and referral services to migrants in situations of vulnerability;
- Facilitates the issuance travel documentation, visas and exit authorization;
- Makes the necessary travel arrangements for the beneficiaries (including, flight and transportation to departure airport);
- Facilitates family tracing and arrangement of escorts, if required.
